  Stacey Durr

  Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director Cleburne

  Stacey Durr serves as the Executive Director of the Clearfork Academy Cleburne campus, which provides treatment services to adolescent females. She brings over 20 years of experience in the human services industry to include behavioral health – inpatient and outpatient. She was born and raised on the East Coast and spent the last two decades moving all over the county. She began her journey in human services working with the Intellectual Disability population. After that, she worked in Child Protection Services, a 400-bed Residential Treatment Center, Mental Health Outpatient Services, and with a city Human Services Department. Over the last 20-plus years, she has lived in Virginia, California, Maine, and Florida. In 2016 she was lucky enough to find Fort Worth, Texas which is her new forever home. Finding Clearfork Academy has started the next exciting chapter of her life.

  Chalee Rivers, RN

  Executive Director of Medical & Ft. Worth

  Chalee Rivers BSN, RN serves as the Executive Director of the Fort Worth campus. She has worked in the medical field for 17 years holding various roles which include Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, and Registered Nurse. As a RN she has spent the last 9 years dedicated to mental health and substance use with a high focus on leadership, standardization, interventions, and achieving quality outcomes. Chalee serves on the board at CHCP and has spent time in Washington, District of Columbia, and Austin, Texas with legislators advocating for behavioral health needs. Chalee is passionate about improving the lives of patients and families who have been impacted by substance use and mental illness and is excited that God opened the door to a new journey with Clearfork Academy.

• Krista Deveaux

  Director of Finance & Human Resources

  Krista Deveaux serves as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Clearfork Academy. She is an accomplished financial professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA and specializes in strategic finance and accounting. Krista is known for her expertise in providing business and analytical support to key cross-functional stakeholders beyond expectations. She is a strong business partner adept in improving business processes, strategically planning their implementation, and keeping teams motivated and focused on successful outcomes. She is also highly skilled in banking partnership and relationship building, contract review and negotiations, and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, Krista has held numerous leadership positions. In her last role, she was the Head of Finance at an organization where she led a finance and HR team of 12 professionals in controllership, decision support, financial reporting, and operating strategy for a ~$144M business. She successfully implemented cost reduction initiatives resulting in over $2M in cost savings and developed and executed a successful strategy and financial plan to close a $24M asset-based loan in one year. Krista is a woman of faith and hails from the Bahamas. In her free time, she is an avid reader and loves to travel with her husband and do missionary work. She has traveled to Beijing, China, Egypt, Israel, Ukraine, Rome and Amalfi Coast, Cape Town South Africa, Dubai, Tahiti, and many other places.

  Anna Karen Arwine, LPC-S

  Executive Director of Clinical Services

  Anna graduated from Texas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and from Texas Wesleyan University in 2015 with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. Anna has been in the mental health field since 2015 and held a variety of leadership roles since 2017 in Residential, Inpatient, PHP/IOP, and private practice levels of care. Anna approaches therapy and leadership with the mindset that we are all one life event from seeking care ourselves and aims to foster an environment in which both the client's and staff's well-being are the priority. Anna is an introverted foodie who enjoys reading, watching dateline/sports, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and fur babies, Dora & Teddy.

  Ryan Southerland, LMSW

  Director of Admission & Utilization Review

  Ryan is a North Texas native who grew up in Tarrant and Denton counties. Ryan is a Texas A&M bachelor’s graduate and a master's graduate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Ryan has been in the mental health field for 10 years serving adults, children, and adolescents in inpatient, crisis, and residential levels of care. Ryan is passionate about client access and connecting them to care. This is shown in his previous endeavors that doubled the capacity of child and adolescent facilities and the opening of two adult/geriatric hospitals. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys reading, family, my dog Emma, CrossFit, and being outside.

  Jeff Pattison

  VP of Outreach & Marketing

  Jeffrey Pattison is the VP of outreach and marketing for Clearfork Acadamy. Before this role, Jeff held leadership positions in various hospitals, and residential and long-term care facilities, including Director of Operations, Vice President of Marketing and Outreach, Regional Director of Clinical Outreach, and Director of Business Development. He has 20 years of experience working in mental health and chemical dependency and says that while this calling can be challenging, it is rewarding beyond measure. Living near where he grew up east of Dallas, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, being outdoors, and playing music at church and family functions.

  Austin Davis LPC-S

  Founder & CEO

  Originally from the Saginaw, Eagle Mountain area, Austin Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry from Lee University in Cleveland, TN, and a Master of Arts in Counseling from The Church of God Theological Seminary. He then went on to become a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in the State of Texas. Austin’s professional history includes both local church ministry and clinical counseling. At a young age, he began serving youth at the local church in various capacities which led to clinical training and education. Austin gained a vast knowledge of mental health disorders while working in state and public mental health hospitals. This is where he was exposed to almost every type of diagnosis and carries this experience into the daily treatment. Austin’s longtime passion is Clearfork Academy, a Christ-centered residential facility focused on mental health and substance abuse. He finds joy and fulfillment in working with “difficult” clients that challenge his heart and clinical skill set. It is his hope and desire that each resident who passes through Clearfork Academy will be one step closer to their created design. Austin’s greatest pleasures in life are being a husband to his wife and a father to his growing children. He serves at his local church by playing guitar, speaking, and helping with tech arts. Austin also enjoys being physically active, reading, woodworking, and music.
